Procurement of Goods, Services and Works of M&R, Operation & Maintenance, Contingent and Emergent Nature Works for Financial Years 2026-27 & 2027-28

The Irrigation Department, Office of the Executive Engineer Nasir Division Hyderabad, is inviting bids for the procurement of goods, services, and works related to maintenance and repair, operation and maintenance, as well as contingent and emergent nature works for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This tender is specifically issued for contractors and firms interested in rate contract basis work under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended). Items being procured: - Maintenance & Repair (M&R) - Operation & Maintenance - Contingent and Emergent Nature Works The scope covers a wide range of maintenance and operational activities within the irrigation infrastructure under Nasir Division Hyderabad. The contract includes emergent works that may arise during the contract period. Bidders must be prepared to handle diverse tasks requiring technical expertise and timely execution. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration (June 2026) in the relevant category/specialization for bids exceeding Rs. 4.50 Million, ATL status with FBR and SRB, average annual turnover of at least Rs. 50 Million over the last three years, audited financial statements for the last three years, tax returns, bank statements, and bank balance certificates. Experience in similar nature works over the last three years with documentary evidence is mandatory. Machinery/equipment ownership or rental documents and an affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and non-involvement in litigation are also required. The tender fee is Rs. 3000 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 13-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. The bid security is Rs. 4.50 Million. The original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the Executive Engineer Nasir Division Hyderabad office before bid opening. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all financial and technical documents are complete and properly uploaded on the EPADS portal before the deadline. Missing or incomplete bid security or documents will lead to rejection. Early submission is advised to avoid last-minute technical issues.
