Maintenance and Repair Work to ADC (Enforcement) Office at Deputy Commissioner Office Kot Addu

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kot Addu, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for maintenance and repair work to the ADC (Enforcement) Office at the Deputy Commissioner Office Kot Addu. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Items being procured: - Maintenance and repair work to ADC (Enforcement) Office at Deputy Commissioner Office Kot Addu The bidding is open to eligible contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialized code(s) applicable to the work. Bidders must upload valid registration and other eligibility documents as required by the bidding documents and the Punjab e-Procurement System. A 3.0% Bid Security / Earnest Money must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed. Only bids submitted through the prescribed electronic process will be considered valid. Bids will be opened on the Punjab e-Procurement System on 05-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of intending bidders or their authorized representatives. The last date for submission of bids is 05-10-2026 by 11:00 AM. Note that if the scheduled date is a holiday or a non-working day, the next working day will be treated as the date for opening of bids at the same time unless otherwise notified through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
