Construction of Major Original Works of Boundary Walls and Rehabilitation / Refurbishing Works of Academic Blocks and Student Hostels, University of Gujrat

The University of Gujrat invites reputable engineering firms and contractors to submit tenders for civil works related to the construction and rehabilitation of university infrastructure in Gujrat. The project includes the construction of major original works of boundary walls and the rehabilitation and refurbishing of academic blocks and student hostels covering Groups 1 to 4 at the Hafiz Hayat Campus. Items being procured: - Construction of major original works of boundary walls - Rehabilitation and refurbishing works of academic blocks - Rehabilitation and refurbishing works of student hostels The tender is based on item rates with the total bid cost as per the approved DNIT. Contractors must have PEC registration in category C3 or above with relevant civil works code. Bidding documents and evaluation criteria are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System websites. Earnest money of Rs. 19,447,570 is required, and conditional or incomplete tenders will be rejected.
