Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring Guywires and Antenna for the VOLMET system installed at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This procurement is specifically managed by the Logistics Center (South) under the ANS Branch of PAA. The scope includes supply and delivery of the specified equipment to the consignee at JIAP Karachi within 30 days from the contract signing date.
The technical scope requires bidders to provide complete packages including all line items as per the bidding documents. The procurement follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a). Bidders must submit bids electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal and also provide a physical copy in a sealed envelope. The bid security amount is fixed at PKR 30,381 and must be submitted in the prescribed form. The contract includes warranty and performance bond requirements.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN registration, appearance on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR with 100% compliance, and GST registration. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and comply with all bidding document requirements. Experience and PEC category requirements are as per the bidding documents. The bid validity period is 90 days from the technical bid opening date.
The submission deadline is 10th June 2026 by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bids must be complete, signed, and accompanied by all required documents including technical brochures, bid security, and relevant certificates. The original bid security must be received before the bid submission deadline.
