Procurement of Hardware Furniture and Fixture

The Directorate General of Commodities in Lahore, Punjab, is inviting bids for the procurement of Hardware, Furniture, and Fixture through a Single Stage Single Envelope competitive bidding procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended from time to time. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Proper documentation including Earnest Money, CDR, and valid technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-Pads). No hardcopy submissions will be accepted. The tender documents can be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The last date for bid submission is **16th July 2026 at 9:00 a.m.** Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m., followed by financial bids at 2:00 p.m. Bidders must ensure bid security is uploaded on E-Pads and the original submitted to the office before the closing date.
