Tender Description
The Directorate General of Commodities in Lahore, Punjab, is inviting bids for the procurement of Hardware, Furniture, and Fixture through a Single Stage Single Envelope competitive bidding procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended from time to time. This tender is specifically for suppliers and contractors who can provide quality hardware items along with furniture and fixtures suitable for government use.

The procurement scope includes supplying durable hardware materials and well-crafted furniture and fixtures to meet the operational needs of the Directorate General of Commodities. The materials should comply with the required standards and specifications to ensure longevity and functionality. The site for delivery and installation is at 135-J Model Town, Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar goods to government departments will be an advantage. Proper documentation including Earnest Money, CDR, and valid technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-Pads). No hardcopy submissions will be accepted.
The tender documents can be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The last date for bid submission is **16th July 2026 at 9:00 a.m.** Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m., followed by financial bids at 2:00 p.m. Bidders must ensure bid security is uploaded on E-Pads and the original submitted to the office before the closing date.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully follow the page numbering and marking instructions as per the evaluation criteria. Any missing signatures or stamps on documents may lead to outright rejection. Timely submission through the E-Pads portal and compliance with all procedural requirements will enhance the chances of success.
