Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DANFOSS Turbo Core Compressor for Magnetic Bearing Type Electrical Centrifugal HVAC Chiller at SBP-BSC Multan

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) Multan invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a DANFOSS Turbo Core compressor for a Magnetic Bearing Type Electrical Centrifugal HVAC Chiller located at SBP-BSC Multan, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - One (1) new, genuine DANFOSS TURBOCOR compressor, Model No. TTS350HHS2M010X0XXS853, Part No. 199B0264, assembled in USA, complete with all accessories, refrigerant, oil, consumables, electrical/control connections, and installation hardware compatible with the existing Trane Magnetic Bearing Type Electrical Centrifugal chiller on site. - Installation, testing, and commissioning of the compressor meeting all OEM recommended parameters and safety standards. The scope includes dismantling the existing faulty compressor, supplying the new compressor with original manufacturer identification and documentary proof of authenticity, and submission of functional and performance testing reports. The compressor must be factory-new, unused, and non-refurbished. Bidders must provide relevant Bill of Lading or documentary evidence proving the foreign origin of the compressor along with test documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration category C-6 or above with specialization ME-01, registration with Punjab Revenue Authority, FBR registration, and experience of at least two projects related to HVAC system supply or repair each costing Rs. 7,500,000 or more in the last five years. Financial capability of Rs. 8 million turnover or equivalent bank credit line is also required. The bid security amount is Rs. 250,000 and performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
