Procurement of Various Horticulture Items for Annual Framework Contract 2026 by Horticulture Agency Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDs from financially sound and reputable suppliers, dealers, and importers registered with relevant tax departments for the procurement of various horticulture items under an annual framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is for the Horticulture Agency located at Gate#4, Jailni Park, Jail Road, Lahore. Items being procured: - Earthen pots 14" size (dia) - Earthen pots 18" size (Peshawari) - Plastic pots 4" - Plastic pots 2" and 3" (hanging) - Cement pots 12" and 14" (hanging) - Cement planters round shape 24" dia, 21 inch depth, inch wall with concrete crush (plastic material) - Cement planters round shape 20" dia, 21 inch depth, inch wall with concrete crush (plastic material) - Galvanized shape cemented planter (Khyber capper) steel length 12", width 11", steel 20 gauge - Lot-wise lowest rates shall be accepted through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) The technical scope includes supply of quality horticulture pots and planters as per specifications and sizes mentioned. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab tax authorities and submit earnest money as Bid Security at 2% of the estimated cost. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. The bid submission deadline is 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Horticulture Agency Lahore office. Bidders are advised to upload their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal well before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%.
