Tender Description
The Social Security Hospital Kot Lakhpat invites tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Separate Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed procurement procedure.

- Hospital Contingency (Miscellaneous Items)
- Bedding And Linen Items
The procurement covers supply of hospital contingency items and bedding and linen items required for the hospital's operational needs. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable tax registrations and submit bids with a 3% bid security electronically. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended till date, and the approved bidding documents.
Interested bidders may download bidding documents, detailed specifications, scope of supply, and terms and conditions from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and the PESSI website. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or annul the procurement process at any stage as per PPRA rules.
