Supply of Medical Equipment, Machinery, Instruments, Furniture and Fixtures for Health Sciences Institutions

Director Health Services Karachi invites e-bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from Suppliers, Firms, Manufacturers, Importers, and Authorized Distributors on Active Taxpayers List of the FBR / SRB for the supply of Medical Equipment, Machinery, Instruments, Furniture, and Fixtures under ADP Scheme No. 810. This procurement is for the establishment of Simulation Centers at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana, Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences Jamshoro, Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women Shaheed Benazirabad, and Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Sukkur for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Medical Equipment - Machinery - Instruments - Furniture - Fixtures The bidding documents containing detailed Terms & Conditions can be viewed and downloaded from the official portal. Electronic bids should be submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders must register themselves on the EPADS system via the provided link. Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted on EPADS by 30-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. The original instrument of tender fee Rs. 3,000 and fixed bid security against quoted items must reach the procuring agency before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/SRB and compliance with the bidding procedure. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010.
