Procurement of Household Appliances by Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat

The Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat invites sealed bids from well-reputed, established, and experienced firms for the procurement of household appliances. This procurement is governed by the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules, 2014. Eligible bidders must have registration and active status of NTN and GST with the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding document can be downloaded from the BPPRA website at www.bppra.gob.pk. Items being procured: - Household Appliances (specific items not listed in the notice). The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope method as per Rule 41-(3) of the BPPRA Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted by Monday, 2nd November 2026 at 11:00 am in the Tender Box located at Admin Block, Balochistan Assembly Secretariat, Quetta. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm in the Procurement Cell Room #76 at the Secretariat on Zarghoon Road. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened at 12:30 pm on the same day. A bidding document fee of Rs.1000/- must be submitted through Green Deposit Challan in the National Bank of Pakistan (Head of Account CO-3870). Bidders must also provide a bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of the Secretary Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat. All quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties as per the bidding document or data sheet. The Secretariat reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per BPPRA Rules, 2014.
