Tender Description
The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of H.T. (Structure) 45' power transmission steel towers for delivery to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The bidding process follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Items being procured:
- H.T. (Structure) 45' power transmission steel tower, Quantity: 1902 units
The technical specifications conform to NTDC Specifications (DDS-78:2008) amended to date. Delivery schedule is between 60 to 180 days with free delivery to HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee and submit bids electronically on EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, relevant experience with DISCOs or WAPDA formations, and no blacklisting by government entities. Bidders must submit all required documents including Letter of Bid, Price Schedule, Bidder Information, Experience Forms, and Integrity Pact. Inspection of goods will be conducted at the supplier's premises by authorized officers. The contract includes a warranty period and performance guarantee of 5% of contract price.
