Provision of Lithium Battery (72V, 300Ah, 22.00 KWH) with Charger for Cantonment Board Peshawar

Cantonment Board Peshawar invites electronic bids from well reputed firms, suppliers, and manufacturers registered with income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the provision of Lithium Battery (72V, 300Ah, 22.00 KWH) with Charger. Items being procured: - Lithium Battery (72V, 300Ah, 22.00 KWH) with Charger (02 Nos) The financial bidding will be conducted online through the PPRA EPAD system. Tender forms and BOQ can be filled and downloaded from the PPRA EPAD website. Bidders must have valid GST, NTN, and STRN registrations. A 5% bid security in the form of a call deposit (original) must be submitted via courier or contractor representative in a sealed envelope before the closing date and time. The tender will be electronically cast on 19 October 2026 up to 1100 hours and opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. Conditional tenders and tenders without call deposit will not be entertained. Cantonment Board Peshawar reserves the right to demand analysis of quoted rates to verify reasonability and workability. Quoted rates shall remain valid until completion of work with no escalation allowed. All government taxes will be deducted as per rules. The Board will not supply any material or machinery to contractors. The Cantonment Executive Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender prior to approval as per PPRA Rules 2004.
