Procurement of Human Machine Interface (HMI) Stations Units 1 to 5 for WAPDA GB Power Complex Barotha-Attock

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids from bonafide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the procurement of Human Machine Interface (HMI) Stations units 1 to 5 for the WAPDA GB Power Complex located in Barotha-Attock. This procurement is managed by the Chief Engineer (Power) GB at the WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock in Attock city, Punjab province. Items being procured: - Human Machine Interface (HMI) Stations units 1 to 5 The scope includes supply and installation of HMI stations as per WAPDA specifications for the GB Power Complex. The contract duration is ninety (90) days from the date of issuance of the purchase order. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and delivery timelines. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be on the FBR ATL. Bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs. 128,000/- must be furnished in original favoring the Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock. The bid security must be delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (Power) GB WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock on or before the closing date and time. The electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the EPADS portal at epads.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 06-08-2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the Conference Room of the Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony Barotha-Attock, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
