Procurement of IBCC QUE Management System (QMS) Software

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms registered with Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), holding NTN/GST registration and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for the IBCC QUE Management System (QMS) software under a framework agreement. Items being procured: - IBCC QUE Management System (QMS) software The tender requires submission of a Bid Security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC). Detailed tender documents including terms, conditions, specifications, and quantities can be collected from the office of the Director (Admin), IBCC, G-10/4, Islamabad, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 20,000. The bidding process follows the Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure. IBCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules. Bidders must ensure compliance with all PPRA regulations and maintain integrity throughout the bidding process. The submission deadline is the closing date, and bids must be submitted to the IBCC office at Plot # 25, Street # 38, I & T Center, G-10/4, Islamabad.
