Procurement of ICT Consumables for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from original manufacturers, importers, distributors, partners, and general order suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the procurement of ICT consumables. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA-2014 regulations. Items being procured: - ICT Consumables (detailed list attached in bidding document) The bidding documents with detailed specifications are available free of cost on the PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and can also be accessed via www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their bids online on or before 25th August 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Punjab E Procurement System portal. Hard copies are not required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically as per Punjab e-PS rules. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI & RC during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM Monday to Friday. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Conference Hall.
