Tender Description
The Islamabad Club (Islamabad Club) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of construction works for an Indoor Cricket Shed and Store Shed. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and funded by the Islamabad Club. The project involves the construction of an Indoor Cricket Shed and a Store Shed as detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS v2.0 portal.

The procurement will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security amount in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as specified in the bidding documents. All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by or before Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 are advised to register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
