Rehabilitation of Corridor (Islamabad Section – Up to Pakistan Secretariat) of Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) Packages I, II, III

The Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA) under Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from Contractors/Firms registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and having registration with FBR & PRA (active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN) for rehabilitation works of the Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) corridor in Islamabad section up to Pakistan Secretariat. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Corridor (Islamabad Section – Up to Pakistan Secretariat) of Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) Package-I - Rehabilitation of Corridor (Islamabad Section – Up to Pakistan Secretariat) of Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) Package-II - Rehabilitation of Corridor (Islamabad Section – Up to Pakistan Secretariat) of Pakistan Metrobus System (PMBS) Package-III The scope involves comprehensive rehabilitation of the metrobus corridor including civil works, road surface repairs, and related infrastructure to ensure smooth and safe transit operations. The projects are divided into three packages, each requiring experienced contractors with PEC registration in category C-3 & above. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all regulatory requirements including FBR and PRA registrations. Bidding documents with detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Earnest Money in the form of Digital Bank Guarantee or CDR valid for at least 20 days beyond bid validity, amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, must be submitted through the e-Procurement System before the closing time. Only technically responsive bids will be considered for financial opening. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bidders must submit e-bids by uploading PDF files on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. The last date for bid submission is **05-10-2026** by 09:30 AM, with bid opening at 10:00 AM the same day via the e-Procurement System. Bids submitted by hand, post, or telegraph will not be accepted.
