Procurement of Industrial Stackers (Ride On) 1.5-02 Ton in Lieu of Bty Cars on FOR Basis

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out in light of PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Industrial Stackers (Ride On) with capacity 1.5-02 Ton, quantity as per annexure 'A', on FOR basis in lieu of battery cars. The delivery period is 3 months after signing of contract. Tender documents are available on PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopy of registration or pre-qualification/indexation letter issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organization if any, attested copy of registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificate, audit report of last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last one year, attested copy of CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link between firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent), certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted, suspended or debarred by any government organization, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and postal order of Rs 2000/- enclosed with Technical Bid in favour of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Tender submission deadline is 28 October 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM same day.
