The Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. (PIDC) invites bids for the procurement of contractor services for infrastructure development of left-over, new, and allied works (Phase-I) at Naushahro Feroze Industrial Park (NFIP), located in Naushahro Feroze, Sindh. This procurement is for comprehensive civil works including road network construction, boundary walls, gates, water supply and sewerage networks, and electrical infrastructure. Items being procured: - Road Network construction including clearing, grubbing, embankment making, sand cushion, sub-base and aggregate base course, asphalt base course, prime coat, paver laying, road marking paint, reflectorized plastic pavement studs, kerb stones, PCC laying, traffic road signs, removal and rehandling of existing road pavement materials - Box culvert excavation and concrete work - Water course excavation and backfilling - Water supply system including excavation, backfilling, sand bedding, sluice valves, fire hydrants, HDPE pipes of various diameters, valve chambers, wash out valves, overhead reservoir construction, tubewell chamber excavation and construction, termite proofing, damp proof course, brick work, reinforced cement concrete work, reinforcement bars, GI railing, tuff pavers, steel doors, gate valves, disinfecting flanged pipes, cleaning and testing of reservoir, hydrostatic level transmitter, ladders, steel windows, lightning arrestor system, geotechnical investigations - Sewerage system including excavation, backfilling, sand bedding, RCC pipes, UPVC pipes, cunette and RCC chamber construction - Electrical sleeves excavation, backfilling, concrete work, UPVC pipes - External lighting works including cable laying, street lights, poles, earthing system, distribution boards, MCC panels, cable terminal boxes - Tube well construction including excavation, brick work, air valves, fiber glass bail plug, pressure gauges, pipe installation, pump installation - Storm water drainage including catch pits - Road crossing sleeves - Traffic signs and pavement markings - Overhead water tank construction The technical scope covers all civil, electrical, and mechanical works as per detailed drawings and specifications. Eligibility criteria require PEC registration in C-2 category or above, completion of similar civil infrastructure works of minimum PKR 600 million in last 10 years, active tax certificates, and valid bid security. Joint ventures allowed with maximum two members. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 portal to participate.
