Tender Description
Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) invites e-bids from well reputed firms registered on E-PADS (Electronic-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) with relevant experience in similar works and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Category C-2 or above. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities. The procurement is for contractor services for infrastructure development of left-over, new and allied work (Phase-I) at Naushahro Feroze Industrial Park (NFIP), Naushahro Feroze.
Items being procured:
- Contractor services for infrastructure development of left-over/new and allied work Phase-I at Naushahro Feroze Industrial Park
The scope includes infrastructure development works at the industrial park site. Bidders must submit proposals through PPRA EPADS portal. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 27-08-2026 at 12:00 a.m. to clarify bidder queries. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 07-09-2026 till 11:00 a.m. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated as per PPRA rules. Bid security of PKR 5,000,000 is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), pay order, or security issued by scheduled banks or insurance companies with AA rating. The quoted price must include all applicable taxes and duties.
Interested bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and bid security requirements. The submission address for original bid security is PIDC House, 2nd Floor, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi. The procurement agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. In case of government declared holiday on opening date, bids will be opened next working day at the same time and venue.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is properly issued in favor of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and scanned copy is uploaded on EPADS, while the original must reach PIDC before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
