Procurement and Installation of 12 Amp Power Supply P/O TGFS at Islamabad International Airport

The Islamabad International Airport under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement and installation of one (01) quantity 12 Amp Power Supply unit for the TGFS system at IIAP, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - PSC-12 12 Amp Power Supply Siemens P/N 315-033060-19 or latest compatible OEM equivalent approved by Siemens The power supply unit is a modular device designed for mounting on Siemens modular mounting plates inside the existing fire alarm panel. It provides regulated 24VDC primary power with a total output power of 12A at 24VDC, including a built-in battery charger and integral protection features such as overload, short circuit, and ground fault monitoring. The unit communicates with the existing Siemens PMI/PMI-2/PMI-3 system network and includes relay outputs for alarm and trouble signals. The scope includes supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and site acceptance testing to ensure full compatibility and operational readiness with the existing TGFS panel and field devices. The contractor must provide a comprehensive one-year warranty starting from the issuance of the Completion and Receipt Verification Certificate (CRVC). On-site operating guidance for the panel keypad will also be provided. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least one similar fire alarm project in the last year and to be authorized agents or partners of the OEM. Bidders must submit complete bids including technical brochures and evidence of eligibility. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Original bid security must be submitted physically to Islamabad International Airport before the deadline. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and submission of both electronic bids and physical bid security to avoid disqualification.
