Procurement and Installation of 400KWA On Grid Solar System for Pak Red Crescent Medical College and Teaching Hospital

Pak Red Crescent Medical College and Teaching Hospital Lahore is inviting sealed bids under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure from registered firms and companies for the procurement and installation of a 400KWA on grid solar system. The procurement is divided into three packages to cover the full scope of the solar power project. Items being procured: - Package 1: Procurement of Solar Panels (400 KW) on FOR Basis - Package 2: Procurement of On-Grid Inverters (400 KW) on FOR Basis - Package 3: EPC of Structure and EVS for system This project involves supply and installation of solar panels and inverters with full engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the supporting structure and electrical and ventilation systems (EVS). The site is located at PRCMC/Teaching Hospital, 48 KM Multan Road, Dina Nath, Lahore. The estimated cost for Package 1 is **PKR 15 Million**, Package 2 is **PKR 3.60 Million**, and Package 3 is **PKR 11.30 Million**, with a bid security of 2% of the estimated price for each package. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized or sole distributors, contractors, or suppliers capable of delivering the complete scope of the project. Bidders may apply for one or more packages but must submit separate bids with the package number clearly mentioned on the covering letter, financial bid form, and outer envelope.
