Procurement of Different Items for Installation of New CIR, GPON, Intranet and E-Office Connections at Lahore

National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore invites electronic bids from reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of different items for installation of new CIR, GPON, Intranet and E-Office connections at Lahore. Items being procured: - CIR connections - GPON connections - Intranet connections - E-Office connections The procurement involves supply and installation of telecommunication and networking equipment to enhance connectivity and digital office infrastructure at NTC Lahore. Bidders must have relevant experience and valid registrations with FBR and Sales Tax authorities. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before the closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day, at least 30 minutes after the bid closing time. The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is available on EPADS and www.ntc.net.pk. The last date and time for bid submission is 13-10-2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours on the same day. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration on EPADS and prepare their technical and financial bids carefully to avoid disqualification. Electronic submission is mandatory, so familiarity with the EPADS system is essential for successful participation.
