Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Diesel Generator Sets for Medical Teaching Institute Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital Peshawar

Medical Teaching Institute Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital (MTI-KICH&CH) located in Hayatabad, Peshawar, invites eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, or agents of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) registered with FBR and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) to submit bids via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the procurement of diesel generator sets. Items being procured: - Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Diesel Generator Set, 1250 KVA, Prime Rating, 1500 RPM, 400/230 V, 50 Hz with canopy and accessories (Qty: 04) - Procurement, Installation Commissioning of Diesel Generator Set, 250 kVA, Prime Rating, 1500 RPM, 400/230 V, 50 Hz with canopy and accessories (Qty: 02) The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of high-capacity diesel generators with specified electrical ratings and accessories to support the hospital's power needs. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and listed on the ATL. Bid security/earnest money is required and must be submitted as a CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Director MTI-KICH&CH. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 01, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST at the institution's conference room. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by September 17, 2026, till 10:30 AM PST, with original CDRs submitted by the same deadline. Late submissions will be rejected. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Pay Orders are not allowed as bid security.
