Procurement of Computer & Allied Accessories and Plant & Machinery for Establishment of Govt. Colleges in Abbottabad

The Government Post Graduate College No. 1 Abbottabad invites sealed tenders for the procurement of Computer & Allied Accessories and Plant & Machinery under the ADP Scheme 2025-26 for the establishment of government colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The total estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 6 million. Bidders are required to submit their bids by 07/06/2024 at 12:00 PM, and the tenders will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and interested bidders. Items being procured: - Computer & Allied Accessories (Rs. 3,000,000) - Plant & Machinery (Rs. 3,000,000) The scope of supply includes the provision and installation of the listed items as per the requirements of the college. All items must be brand new and conform to the specifications provided in the tender documents. Bidders must submit earnest money as per the rules, and only those firms registered with the relevant tax authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. The tender form can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Principal, Government Post Graduate College No. 1 Abbottabad. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder will be required to supply the items within the stipulated time frame as mentioned in the contract.
