Tender Description
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Orakzai invites bids for the procurement and installation of a server for the Case Flow Management Information System (CFMIS) in Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure of the District Courts, ensuring efficient case management and data processing. The scope includes supply and installation of one server meeting the technical specifications outlined in the bid solicitation documents. Interested bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the Income/Sales Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Additionally, registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders should have relevant experience in supplying IT hardware to government departments and must submit a bid security of 2% of the quoted value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. The bidding process follows the Single Stage, Two Envelops procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. The Technical and Financial Bids must be submitted separately and clearly marked. The deadline for bid submission is 12:00 PM on 8th June 2026, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day in the Conference Room of District Courts Orakzai at Baber Mela, Hangu. Bids must be uploaded through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS). Delivery and installation of the server must be completed within seven days of the supply order issuance.
