Supply and Installation of Biometric Attendance System for DMC Lyari Head Office and Zonal Offices

Town Municipal Corporation, Lyari-Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the supply and installation of a biometric attendance system at the DMC Lyari head office and zonal offices. This procurement aims to enhance attendance management and streamline HR operations through a modern, reliable biometric solution. Items being procured: - Biometric attendance system (supply and installation) for DMC Lyari head office and all zonal offices The technical scope includes the provision, installation, and commissioning of biometric devices capable of recording staff attendance with accuracy and reliability. The system must be compatible with the department's HR requirements and should include all necessary hardware, software, and integration services. Bidders must ensure that the devices are robust, user-friendly, and suitable for continuous use in a municipal office environment. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess an active NTN and Sindh Sales Tax Number (SNTN). Firms must have at least five years of relevant experience and provide evidence of similar completed projects. A bid security of 2% of the quoted amount, in the form of a pay order or demand draft, is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes: one for the technical proposal and one for the financial proposal, as per SPPRA Rule 46(2) (2010). Sealed bids should be delivered to the office of the Director (HRM), Town Municipal Corporation, Lyari-Karachi, by 31 August 2026 at 3:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 28 August 2026 at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
