Procurement and Installation of Solar System

Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids under Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and PPIB C3 in relevant Code for the procurement and installation of a Solar System at Government College of Technology, Kamalia. Items being procured: - Procurement and Installation of Solar System Bidding documents are available on e-PADS and PPRA Website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and can be downloaded free of cost. Encrypted electronic bids duly completed and in conformity with bidding documents must be submitted online on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) website https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk till 10:30 AM dated 22nd September, 2026 and bids shall be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM. Original bid security in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs. 290,000/- in favor of Principal Govt. College of Technology, Kamalia must be submitted physically at the given address well before the closing date and time of submission of e-bids. E-Bids submitted through e-PADS shall only be entertained / accepted. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the e-bid on e-PADS Portal well before the e-bid submission deadline and not wait for the last date and time to upload the e-bid. The responsibility of submission on E-PADS Portal lies entirely with the bidder. Detailed terms & conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of e-bids, bid validity, and other information are available in bidding documents. Item wise rates will not be accepted; only accumulative rate for whole tender will be accepted. This tender is specific to the installation of solar power systems at the Government College of Technology, Kamalia, ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability.
