Procurement of Interior Decoration Items for Govt. College of Technology (Women) Gujranwala

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the procurement of Interior Decoration Items at the Government College of Technology (Women), Gujranwala. This tender is open to eligible bidders, firms, and contractors registered for income tax and sales tax with government bodies, following prevailing PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Digital Clock - Plantation - Curtains/Blinds - Panaflexs - Name Plate - Sign Board The procurement is divided into two packages: Package 1 covers Digital Clock, Plantation, and Curtains/Blinds with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,648,750 and a bid security of Rs. 82,438. Package 2 includes Panaflexs, Name Plate, and Sign Board with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,975,250 and a bid security of Rs. 98,763. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 4th November 2026, with bid openings scheduled at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM respectively. Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN and GST registration, and in case of exemption, proof must accompany the bid. Bid rates should be clearly written in figures and words. The evaluation will be on an item-wise basis with the lowest cost. A refundable bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft favoring the Principal, Govt. College of Technology (Women), Gujranwala, must be attached/uploaded at the time of bid submission. Performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount is required within 7 days of contract award. All applicable government taxes and transportation/installation charges are the responsibility of the bidder. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Attested copies of NTN and GST status must be uploaded with the bid. Avoid erasing or overwriting on bid documents; if necessary, proper signing is required.
