Procurement of IP Telephone Exchange and IP Phones for Newly Constructed PEF Head Office Building

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum basis from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement is for the newly constructed PEF Head Office Building located in Lahore. Items being procured: - IP Telephone Exchange with (01) IP Telephone Exchange and (02) Operator Console Sets - 240 IP Telephone Sets - 10 IP Phones with Touch Screen The procurement follows the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2) (a) with a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The estimated cost is Rs. 11,587,013 with a bid security of Rs. 231,740 (2% of estimated price) required in the prescribed form. Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 A.M. on August 26, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the PEF office at 52-L, Gulberg-III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore. Bidders should ensure NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are provided. The bid validity period is 120 days from the last submission date. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
