Procurement of ISS Surveillance Accessories and Power Backup at Sundar Industrial Estate

The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOMSIE) invites sealed bids from suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and authorized dealers registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, having their name in the active Tax Payers list, for the procurement of ISS surveillance accessories and power backup at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. Items being procured: - ISS Surveillance Accessories - Power Backup Systems Bidding will be conducted under the provisions of PPRA Rules-2014 (amended) on a single stage one envelope basis. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by or before 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM as per PPRA Rules, 2014. Bid security of 2% amounting to Rs 98,400 must be submitted digitally through e-Procurement. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or those submitted by other than the specified mode will not be considered. The BOMSIE management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
