Procurement of IT Equipment and Related Accessories for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from original manufacturers, distributors, and partners or service providers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the supply of IT equipment and related accessories. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope bidding procedure under PPRA-2014 rules. Items being procured: - IT Equipment and Related Accessories (detailed list attached in bidding documents) The technical scope includes supplying high-quality IT equipment and accessories as per specifications detailed in the bidding documents available on the PKLI website. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount is mandatory and must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids must be submitted online on or before 24th August 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Punjab E Procurement System portal. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders may contact the Supply Chain department at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore during office hours from Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM for further information. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Supply Chain Conference Hall.
