Tender Description
The National University of Science & Technology (NUST), specifically its SMME campus located in President Sector H-12, Islamabad Capital Territory, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of IT equipment tailored for the BS Robotics and AI program. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P160875. The procurement process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
Items being procured:
- Desktop Computer systems (49 units) with specifications including Intel Core i7 14th Generation or AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 8700G processors, minimum 8 cores and 16 threads, integrated graphics, 16GB DDR5 RAM expandable to 64GB, 512GB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD storage, integrated 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 or higher, HDMI and DisplayPort interfaces, business-class Small Form Factor or Tower chassis, 24-inch Full HD IPS LED monitors, OEM USB keyboard and optical mouse, DOS operating system, and minimum one-year comprehensive OEM warranty.
The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the desktop computer systems meeting the detailed specifications. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess relevant PEC categories if applicable, and demonstrate financial strength and experience as per the eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required. The bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
