Procurement of IT Equipment for CIT Technology at Govt. College of Technology Sialkot

Bids are invited through Punjab e Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible bidders/firms/contractors registered for income tax and sales tax with the Government bodies/departments for the procurement of IT Equipment for CIT Technology at Govt. College of Technology, Sialkot under prevailing PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of IT Equipment for CIT Technology The procurement involves supply of IT equipment to support the CIT Technology department at Govt. College of Technology, Sialkot. Bidders must be registered with active NTN and GST status and comply with all tax obligations. The bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e Procurement System portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e Procurement System only. Physical bids or submissions by other means will not be entertained. A refundable bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 899,900) in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft favoring Principal, Govt. College of Technology, Sialkot must be attached/uploaded at the time of bid submission. The original instrument must reach the office before bid opening date and time. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of award. This guarantee will be refunded after one year defect liability period following successful completion and submission of satisfactory report. All prevailing government taxes are to be borne by the bidder. Transportation and installation charges are also the responsibility of the bidder and should be included in the quoted rates. The bids will be opened on the same day as submission at Govt. College of Technology, Sialkot through Punjab e Procurement System in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives if any.
