Tender Description
The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of IT Equipment under the Export Assistance Program for SMEs (EAP) with the reference number P117511. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to support eligible payments under the Export Development Fund (EDF).
Items being procured:
- IT Equipment (specific items not detailed in the notice)
The procurement will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. Bidders may submit bids for one or more categories and must provide a Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit equal to the amounts specified in the bidding documents. Original Bid Security must be submitted at the SMEDA Head Office prior to bid opening, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS along with the bid submission.
E-bidding documents, including terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/117511 and on the SMEDA website https://smeda.org/. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
