Bidders must submit separate financial and technical proposals electronically. Earnest money/bid security of 5% is required for each lot. The lowest bidder must deposit a performance security of 10% electronically, refundable upon successful contract completion. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes and duties. The contract period is 120 days from receipt of bids with possible extension. The Municipal Corporation reserves the right to adjust quantities and prices as per government policy.
