Procurement of I.T Equipment and Hardware for Satellite Center Larkana SIPM&R

Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R) Karachi invites electronic bids for the procurement of I.T equipment and hardware for its Satellite Center in Larkana under ADP Scheme # 725. The procurement is part of the construction of DEPD Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Autism Centre & Allied Facilities at Hyderabad, S.B.A, Sukkur & Larkano, Sindh. The tender follows a Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB and meet eligibility criteria. The contract duration includes a 90-day validity period beyond satisfactory completion. Bidding documents are available online and bids must be submitted via EPADS by 30th December 2025 at 11:30 am. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder based on technical and financial evaluation. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required. The scope includes supply of laptops, desktops, printers, photocopiers, NVR systems, VOIP phone systems, networking equipment, audio-visual devices, and related accessories with minimum warranty periods.
