Procurement of IT Equipment for Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) Karachi

Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) Karachi invites bids for the procurement of IT equipment under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement is aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure of Rescue 1122 to support its emergency response operations in Karachi. Items being procured: - 10 Desktop Computers with 14th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB DDR5 memory, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 21'' FHD IPS Display, 10 year local warranty, Brand: HP / DELL or Equivalent - 10 Computer Screens with HDMI/VGA Ports, Tilt Stand, Operating Voltage 220 volt/60Hz, Brand: HP / DELL Equivalent - Extension of Existing Storage for recording/CDR detailed report with storage capacity up to 1 year (1 job) The bidder will be responsible for the complete installation and integration of all hardware into the existing system. The technical scope includes supply, delivery, installation, and integration of the specified IT equipment at the Rescue 1122 headquarters in Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Pakistani entities with valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, not blacklisted, and having at least three years of relevant experience. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Demand Draft in favor of Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) Govt of Sindh. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted by hand to the Director Finance & Procurement at Rescue 1122 headquarters, Plot#09, Gulshan e Iqbal Block-17, Karachi by 18th September 2026 at 14:30 hrs. Late bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hrs in the Committee Room of Director Finance & Procurement. Performance security of 5% of contract award amount is required from the successful bidder. The contract duration is 12 months with possible extension up to 3 years based on satisfactory performance.
