Tender Description
The Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Jhang, under the L&DD Department Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed tenders for procurement of IT Equipment (Laptops) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant for Drinking Water for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is part of the development scheme 'CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I)' with a budget allocation of Rs. 07.00 million. The procurement targets reputed manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers with established credentials in financial and managerial capabilities and registration with income and sales tax departments.

- RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant for Drinking Water (1 No.)
The technical scope includes supply of laptops and a reverse osmosis plant suitable for drinking water purposes. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest money at 2% of the total estimated price is required in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the Director RCCIB Jhang. Original CDR must be submitted before the opening of the technical proposal.
Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per PPRA Rule No. 38(2)(a).
