Tender Description
The Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, or their authorized dealers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax authorities, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for the procurement of I.T equipment. Items being procured include:
- Computers
- Laptops
- Scanners
- Printers
- Solid State Drives (SSD)
Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Detailed bidding documents, descriptions, and quantities can be downloaded from the official Elementary and Secondary Education Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.eov.pk/ and the KPPRA official website www.gov.kppra.pk. Bidders are advised to submit their bids electronically via E-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk/ before or on the deadline of 29/10/2026 at 02:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar in the presence of bidders' representatives.
A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for 15/10/2026 at 10:30 AM in the same Committee Room. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be entertained. A bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid value must accompany the bid in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the undersigned. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on a Freight on Road (FOR) basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and valid until 30th June 2027.
The procuring entity reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items and to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended from time to time).
For bidders, it is crucial to ensure timely electronic submission via the E-PADS portal and to attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any queries, which can significantly improve the chances of a successful bid.
