Procurement of IT Equipment for Revenue Directorate, Capital Development Authority (CDA)

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its IT Directorate invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT Equipment required for the Revenue Directorate, CDA, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted via the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Items being procured: - 20 Desktop Computers with Core™ i5 14th Gen or above, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD, 24" FHD LED monitors, Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft Office 2021 Pro or above with email bind key, and one year OEM local warranty - 4 Multifunctional Printers with print, copy, scan functions, automatic duplex printing, 1200x1200 dpi resolution, speed up to 45 ppm, input capacity 150 sheets, paper size legal and A4, monthly duty cycle 150,000 pages, and one year OEM local warranty - 2 Photocopiers with print, scan, copy functions, speed 25 ppm or above for A4, 3 GB RAM or higher, 1.6 GHz dual-core processor, built-in WiFi, standard scan and send feature, USB 2.0 connectivity, DADF and local trolley, and one year OEM local warranty The equipment must be brand new, not refurbished, and the manufacturing date should not be older than one year prior to delivery. Bidders must provide manufacturer authorization letters and warranty support in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Delivery is expected within 28 days of contract signing to the IT Directorate, Old One Window, Ground Floor, Block - III, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, ATL listing, local office presence, and experience of at least three similar projects in the last five years with a minimum value of PKR 10 million each. Bidders must also submit a bid security or bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and submit complete and compliant bids through EPADS v2.0. The bid opening will be conducted online on October 5, 2026 at 11:30 AM. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents including bid security before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
