Procurement of Laptops and Scanners for Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad

The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad invites sealed bids from GST and NTN registered firms through the EPADs portal of PPRA for the procurement of IT equipment. The equipment must meet the detailed specifications listed and come with a warranty/guarantee for at least one year covering maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts if needed. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with GST and NTN and listed on the active taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR. Only ATL-registered suppliers are eligible to supply goods or services to government departments. Earnest money equal to 2% of the total quoted tender cost must be submitted in the form of a call deposit in the name of DDO, FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad. The firm must upload the tender through EPADS (Version 2.0) of PPRA latest by 09.10.2026 by 10:00 hours. The purchase committee will open the offers on the same day at 10:30 hours at the FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. All bidders must submit proof of GST registration, NTN number, and a certificate confirming the firm was never blacklisted by any government department. The successful bidders will be responsible for delivery at their own cost.
