This procurement covers comprehensive maintenance and support services for Fortinet network security devices to ensure uninterrupted and secure operations. Items being procured: - Annual Maintenance for Fortinet Devices at PSO House (1 Job) - FortiWAF Upgrade Licenses: FortiWeb-VM02 virtual appliance with support for up to 2 x vCPU cores, Serial No. FVVM020000206981, SLA Period 30-08-2026 to 10-10-2027 - Annual Local IT Support Services (12 Months) with on-site support during morning shifts from Monday to Friday The scope includes preventive maintenance, problem diagnosis, repair and replacement of faulty components, quarterly health checks, network analysis, configuration updates, and software/firmware upgrades. The vendor must provide 24x7 complaint submission and ensure response within 2 hours onsite, with hardware replacement on next business day as per Fortinet's terms. The service provider must be an OEM or authorized Enterprise Partner with valid OEM certificate and manufacturer authorization form for 2026-2027. The bidder must be registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments and comply with all technical and commercial requirements. Bids will be submitted through a single stage two envelope process, with technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The successful bidder must complete delivery, installation, configuration, and testing within eight weeks of purchase order issuance.
