Procurement of IT Equipment for Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology

The Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology invites bids for the procurement of IT equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted items/lots and must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. Bidders must also provide valid PPRA registration, NTN/STRN certificates, and other mandatory documents as prescribed. Blacklisted or debarred firms by PPRA or the procuring agency are not eligible. Bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement system only, with scanned copies of bids uploaded; hard copies are not required. The bids will be opened on 11-11-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of Sahiwal Teaching Hospital in the presence of bidders' representatives. If the date is a public holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process without liability.
