Procurement of IT Equipment for Sindh People's Housing for Flood Affectees

The Sindh People's Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT equipment under the Sindh Flood Emergency Housing Reconstruction Project (SFEHRP) funded by the Government of Sindh. Delivery is required within two months after contract signing at SPHF premises in Karachi. Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience supplying similar goods/services in Sindh Province, be registered with FBR and SRB, and have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 20 million in any of the last three financial years. A bid security of PKR 600,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 07th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at the SPHF office in Karachi immediately after closing time.
