Procurement of IT Hardware and Equipment for Technology Advancement Program

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of IT hardware and equipment under the Technology Advancement Program for Information and Culture Punjab Project (TOPS-OS) in Lahore. This procurement includes multiple lots of essential IT equipment to support the technological infrastructure and advancement initiatives. Items being procured: - Desktop PC – Core i5 (2 units) - UPS - 1KVA (2 units) - Laser Printer (3 units) - Document Scanner (2 units) - Photocopy Machine (1 unit) - Mobile Phone - iOS (5 units) - Mobile Phone - Android (8 units) The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The technical and financial bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 21 August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day as per PPRA Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and compliance with all tender document requirements. Bidders must ensure timely submission and uploading of bids on the eP portal to avoid disqualification. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as specified for each lot.
