Procurement of Lab Reagents and X-Ray Films for Health Facilities Baltistan

The Health Services Baltistan invites sealed bids from pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign manufacturers, and their sub-distributors for procurement of Lab Reagents and X-Ray Films for all health facilities in the Baltistan region. This procurement is under the regular budget for the financial year 2026-27 and includes free delivery to consignee's end within Baltistan Division. Items being procured: - Lab Reagents - X-Ray Films Bidding documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the office of Health Directorate Baltistan, Skardu, upon submission of a written application on official letterhead along with a copy of CNIC and payment of a non-refundable prescribed tender fee. Bidding documents including detailed specifications, terms, and conditions will be issued until 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM during office hours. Bidding will be conducted through single stage one envelope procedures as per GBPPRA rules 2022 clause 39 section (a). Bids must be reached at the office of Director Health Services Baltistan on or before 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the opening date falls on a national or local public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place. Bid security amounting to Rs. 300,000 (Rupees three lac only) in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank including KCBL Gilgit-Baltistan in favor of Director Health Services Baltistan must be attached with the bids. Bank guarantee as an instrument of bid security will not be accepted. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience. Procuring from a reputed source with proper documentation will enhance chances of success.
