Provision of Furniture Against Capital / Specific Project FY 2026/27 - Gar HQ Hyderabad

Applications are invited for provision of furniture works by Garrison Furniture Yard Hyderabad Cantt. The procurement is for the fiscal year 2026/27 under the project titled Gar HQ Hyderabad Job No 2008 of 2026-27. Items being procured: - Provision of furniture against Capital / Specific Project FY 2026/27 The contractor or manufacturer must be on the approved list of QMG Furniture Organization and have a broad-based manufacturing setup. Contractors registered with Central, Provisional, PWD & Railway approved lists are eligible to apply. An earnest money of Rs 500/- in the form of Treasury Challan is required for each tender. Applicants must provide proof of their approved contractor status and details of furniture works carried out in the last two years. The scope involves manufacturing and provision of furniture as per the specifications of the Garrison Furniture Yard Hyderabad Cantt. The completion period for the work is 2 months from the date of award. Interested firms should forward their applications for issuance of bidding/tender documents to Garrison Furniture Yard Hyderabad Cantt as per the schedule. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The bid submission deadline is 27th November 2026 at 11:30 am, with bid opening at 12:00 pm the same day.
