Supply of Lab Equipment, Plant & Machinery, Furniture, Fixture and Stationery at Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST)

Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST), Mirpur (Azad Jammu & Kashmir) invites tenders for the procurement of lab equipment, plant and machinery, furniture & fixture, and stationery from reputed suppliers/vendors with active FBR registration on F.O.R basis. Items being procured: - Plant & Machinery (various items with CDR amounts ranging from 12,000/- to 93,110/- PKR) - Furniture & Fixture - Lab Equipment - Stationery Detailed specifications and quantities will be provided in the tender document. Tender documents with detailed specifications, quantities, and terms & conditions will be issued to vendors/suppliers who provide proof of tender fee payment in hard and soft form to the Procurement Department (Treasurer Office). Tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) can be paid through University Bank challan or demand draft in favor of Treasurer MUST. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be attached with the quotation/bid. All Government and MUST taxes will be deducted at the time of payment under rules. Repeat orders cannot exceed 15% of the original procurement. Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be entertained. Single stage, two envelope procurement procedure of PPRA Rules will be followed. Blacklisted firms or those not registered with FBR or ATL are not allowed to participate. Last date for submission of proposals/bids is 18th November 2026 (Wednesday) at 02:00 PM. Proposals/bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of Deputy Treasurer, MUST, Admin Block, Jarri Kass, Mirpur. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
