Procurement of Laboratory Tests and Pathology Services Framework Contract

The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura invites E-Bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Laboratory Tests and Pathology Services on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is under the budgetary umbrella of the Government of Punjab, Health & Population Department, specifically for DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura located in Sheikhupura city. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for the Procurement of Laboratory Tests/Pathology Services etc. The contract involves providing comprehensive pathology and laboratory testing services. The Central Pathology Services are already operational at DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura through the Government of Punjab, Health & Population Department. This contract may operate in parallel with the existing central contract. Additionally, pathology services/tests may be extended up to 10% or 15% for Government Al-Aziz Hospital & College of Paramedical Sciences, Nangal Sadhan, Muridkey on a need basis. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 2% of the mentioned amount online as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules. All original affidavits mentioned in the bidding documents must be received in the Procurement Branch before the closing date and time. Bids must be submitted as per the instructions in the bidding documents; otherwise, they will be rejected. Forms for quoting items with specifications in Technical Bid and Financial Bid must be filled carefully. Only typed quoted rates will be acceptable. Any alteration or correction will not be accepted and offered rates will not be reconsidered. Samples of each quoted item must be submitted before the closing time or as specified by the Procuring Agency; otherwise, bids will be rejected. Bids received by the stipulated date and time will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives of the firms who choose to attend.
